Bielawińce | Ukraine
The burial place marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base. Over the arms of the cross a relief carved laurel wreath tied with a ribbon. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. Second step of the pedestal high, with profiled upper edges. A panel on the front closed with a full arch. In it, an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Ob[...] / dział / [...] / J[l]a / żył 18[...] //.
