Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth, in a band in the form of a coffin lid. Cross not preserved, on a moulded plinth. On the first step of the pedestal at the front a plaque with an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal with 1/3 chamfered sides and chamfered upper side edges. On the front originally a plaque, secondarily used from a gravestone from a Jewish cemetery (Hebrew inscription imprinted in mortar is visible).

Inscription:

Boże zbaw Jej duszę ! / Pozostawiają kochające MĄŻ I SYN. //.
