The burial place is marked by a stele in the form of a rectangle framed on two sides by cuboids, the right lower and the left higher with an embedded cross. The whole on a base framed by a concrete band. On the stele two plaques with engraved inscription. The inscription plaque is not preserved in its entirety.

Inscription:

KO [...]/ ZM. 10 [...]/ W WIEKU LAT [..]/ - / CZEŚĆ JEJ PAMIĘCI. //.

ca.1930-1940
