Burial site originally marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross not preserved, plinth overturned, partly covered with earth. On the front of the pedestal a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners in which an inscription is engraved. On the other sides of the plinth there are engraved frames with quarter-circle chamfered corners.
