Burial place marked by a cross on a four-stepped plinth and three-stepped base. Cross with mouldings, on plinth. First and second steps of plinth with moulded, third with chamfered upper edges. The fourth step tapering upwards, framed by gabled closed panels, covered by a canopy. On the front a relief bust of Christ in a crown of thorns, below a panel with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

[...] / PU[...] / C. K. [R]EYENT / SŁ[UŻB] SKARB. / zmarł 16/7 1903 / w 42 roku życia / Prosi o Anioł / Pański //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
