Burial place marked by a statue of a saint on a two-stage plinth and base. Figure on its own base. The saint in counterpoint, depicted wearing a long dress and draped cloak. In her right hand she holds a cross, resting it on her shoulder. In her left hand she holds an open book. The first step of the plinth in the form of a moulded panel. Second step of plinth covered by moulded panel with hipped roof. On the front, a plaque with engraved inscription, inscription number 1. On the back wall, an engraved inscription, inscription number 2.

Inscription:

1) D.O.M. / [...]al [...] kwiatek najpiękniejszy [Cie]bie / [...]iek [...] i tym [...]ic / [...]nios[...]szy [..]cem / [...] [z]gasły Lutego [byli][...][mem] / 1825 //.
