Burial place originally marked by a cross on a stele. Cross not preserved. Stele slightly tapering towards the top, closed with a semicircle. Engraved inscription on the front.

Tu s[poczywają z]włoki / S. P. / Palmiry / z Szuksztow / WOJCIECHOWSKIEJ / zm. 1873 r. Maya 10 d. / wieku lat 61. / Stroskane córki najlepszej Matce / tę pamiątkę poświęcają. //.
