Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth banded with coffin lid and base. Cross perpetuated, on moulded plinth. Plinth with 1/3 chamfered sides and chamfered upper side edges. On the front a plaque with chamfered corners with an engraved inscription.

Ś. + P. / PAULINA / z CYBULSKICH / SZUNIEWICZOWA / ZM. D. 20. XI. 1925 R. L. 67 / POKÓJ JEJ DUSZY //.
