Tombstone marked by two tombstones, at the head of which is a figure of Christ on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Christ in long hair and long undulating robe, feet visible. With his left hand he points to a burning heart. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam, comprising architrave and cornice, inscription carved on front. To the right in a niche a bas-relief figure of St Paul in a long undulating robe. He holds a sword in his left hand and his right hand on his chest. To the left in the niche a bas-relief figure of a saint in long hair, undulating robe and cloak. She holds a cross in her hands and a head at her feet.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
