Burial place marked by a statue of St Peter on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. The figure of the saint on its own plinth. The saint depicted in counterpoint, facing slightly left. Dressed in a long robe cut off at the waist, from under which his bare feet are visible. A long cloak is draped over his shoulders. He holds the keys in his left hand at breast height and a book in his right hand. Visible shoulder-length hair and beard. The first step of the plinth with chamfered top edge, on the front an engraved inscription. The second step of the plinth finished with a simplified beam and covered with a wider moulded panel. On the front a niche closed with a full overhanging arch. In the niche there is a relief carved figure of Saint Catherine. The saint is wearing a long gown with a collar at the neck, a crown on her head and wavy shoulder-length hair. In her right hand a palm branch, in her left a sword, beside it a wheel.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
