The burial place is marked by a cross on a plinth and a two-stage base. Cross on pedestal with splayed arms, at the intersection of the arms a smaller cross protrudes in front of the face on a quasi-ceilinged pedestal with splayed arms, the central 'leaf' of which coincides with the splay of the larger cross. The plinth with chamfered upper edges, on which an engraved inscription is placed in front.

Inscription:

DZIECI JULJI / i JANA CZAPKI / SZCZEPAN / żył lat 22 + 1915 / FRANIA  / ANTOŚ //.
