The burial place marked by a gravestone at the head, which has a grave stele on its base, and a pedestal. Closer to the left edge of the stele an engraved cross entwined with a rose. On the front an engraved inscription. The stele is flanked on the right by a vase on the left by a stone torch for a candle.

Inscription:

PAWEŁ GEMBAŁA / + 4.11. 1909 + 1944 / MARIA GEMBAŁOWA + 5.8. 1920 + 10.12. 1979 / POKÓJ SWÓJ DAJĘ WAM //.

Origin of stones undetermined. Lantern and vase of grey granite, glazed lantern.
