Tombstone of the Kuss family and Peter Szebesta

Karviná | Czech Republic

Burial place marked by a slightly convex slab on a band at the head of which is a stele on a two-stage plinth. The first step stylized with rocks, the second step terminating in a hipped base. Marble stele with three elements highlighted. In the upper part terminating in a trilateral with a relief of a cross. Lower in the central section, two elliptical fields of probably unpreserved portrait porcelains. The central field contains an inscription: (1) below, two convex meander ornaments; the field closes with two arches overhanging the porcelain spots. The lower part of the stele chamfered at the upper corners, the front contains the inscription: (2)

1. Tu odpoczywa / HENRYK KUSS / *15.5.1899. +22.10.1915 / i jego brat / ANTONI / *13.6.1902 / +23.3.1928. //.

2. MARIA KUSS / PIOTR SZEBESTA / *16.5.1901 +8.2.1966 //.
