Burial ground marked by two crosses on their own plinths and a common two-stage base, preceded by three slabs. Crosses with arms terminating in the form of a trillium, passing into a vertical slab at the bottom. At the intersection of the arms of the left cross an engraved inscription (1), at the intersection of the arms of the right cross an engraved inscription (2). Below the inscription of the right cross a metal plaque with chamfered corners. Plinths with chamfered upper edges. Plates tapering downwards.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
