Headstone marked by cross on two-stage plinth with concrete band on base. Cross on plinth. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with an engraved inscription to the front. The whole surrounded by four plinths connected by cast iron bars.

Inscription:

Ś. + P. / SOBAŃSCY / JÓZEF 25 IV 1925 / TEKLA 25 I 1928 / WINCENTY. 16 VIII 1931 / PETRONELA 28 V 1948 / POKÓJ ICH DUSZOM / ŁUCJA 5 - X - 1993 //.
