Burial site originally marked by a cross on a rock form pedestal. Cross not preserved. Excavated plaque on the plinth at the front with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

S. P. / ROMUALD / DOBROGOST - / PODBIPIĘTA / Marszałek Pltu Dziś- / nieńskiego i trockiego / um. 9 Grudnia 1846 r. / wieku lat 85. / prosi o troje pozdrowień Anielskich //.

Additional information:

in line 4 of the inscription, the word abbreviation 'Pltu' placed above the dash. Lines 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 of the inscription in italics. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter Po, card number 17, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "E, 7th row, N7 (parallel to N6), from boundary E1, towards catacombs C." Next to the description of the gravestone the annotation: 'with iron cross'.
