Burial site marked by a statue of the Virgin and Child Jesus on a two-stepped plinth and three-stepped base. Statue on its own base (135 x 45 x 35). The Virgin Mary supports the infant Jesus standing on an earth globe emerging from schematically outlined clouds. Mary with a crown on her head, wearing a ruffled gown and cloak, left bare foot visible. Child with right hand blessing, left hand pointing to Virgin Mary. Dressed in a long robe, wearing a crown on his head. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth covered by a hipped roof with semicircular peaks. On the front, a niche closed with a full overhanging arch, in which a relief of St. Rosalia is carved. In her left hand she holds a palm branch , in her right hand, bent at the elbow, a cross. She is dressed in a ruffled gown and cloak, her long hair falling to her shoulders, a laurel wreath on her head. Below, a frame with chamfered quarter-circle upper edges with engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
