Burial site marked by a plaque in the form of a rectangular slab fixed to the wall with screws. On the slab are glued horizontal strips, on which are fixed letters with an inscription. The first line of the inscription is framed by an ornament in the form of sigmoid acanthus leaves.

Inscription:

S+P / RYSZARD ARYSTYDES / ZAKRZEWSKI / 11.2.1913 – 14.5.1994 / DZIENNIKARZ ODDANY / WALCE O WOLNA POLSKE //.
