The burial place was originally marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped pedestal. The cross with the lower arm widening downwards, the other arms ending in a stylised trillium, surrounded on the front by an engraved frame, inside an engraved inscription. The first and second steps of the pedestal similarly finished with a moulding with an engraved frame with quarter rounded corners. The panel is profiled, tapering downwards with an engraved cross in the upper part.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
