Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base, preceded by three slabs. Cross on plinth, arms terminating in a straight line. At the intersection of the arms there is a relief of the figure of Christ (legs broken), above it a titulus with the letters I.N.R.I. On the first step of the pedestal on the front there is an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, on the front a panel enclosed with a full arch, in it a relief of St. Stephen in a long robe, with a palm in his left hand and stones in his right hand. The panels taper downwards.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
