Burial place marked by a cross on a three-stage plinth and base. The gravestone framed by a band. Cross on plinth with gabled arms. First and second steps of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the second step of the pedestal at the front an engraved inscription (2). The third step of the pedestal is gabled. A panel with engraved inscription (1) to the front. The panel of the plinth widens in a 1/4 of its height from the bottom.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
