Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth. Metal cross, decorated with thickening to give it the form of a tree; the arms of the cross terminating in buttons. Inscription in an oval metal plaque attached at the bottom of the cross. The steps of the plinth in the shape of a recumbent cuboid.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWA / NAIUKOCHAŃSZE DZIEC[IĘ] / TULA BŁAŻKÓWNA / 19/8 1942 + 9 V 44 //.
