Burial place marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ in relief, above a titulus. The first step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges, covered with a hipped roof. On the front a glazed frame, in it a pointed niche with a relief figure of the Virgin Mary on a pedestal in the form of rocks. Mary with her hands folded in a prayer gesture, wearing a gown and veil. In the right side of the plinth an analogous frame. In the left side an engraved frame with chamfered quarter-circle corners.

Dokumentacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego
Archives de documentation Ministerstwo Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2005-2007 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem dr Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu buczackiego", pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017 roku. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem. Karty inwentaryzacyjne przechowywane są w Warszawie przez Archiwum Akt Nowych (zespół dokumentów Stowarzyszenia „Wspólnota Polska”) oraz Departament Dziedzictwa Kulturowego Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego.
