Non-circular tomb on rectangular plan covered with a two-stage slab, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stage plinth and concrete base with band. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges, in front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners with 1)pseudo-relief inscription. The second step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with quarter circular chamfered corners. In it, in an oval frame, a porcelain photograph of a mature woman. Female figure in bust view, 3/4 length, head facing right. Her hair is cut short, she is wearing a blouse and jumper, a string of pearls around her neck. On two sides of the photograph a pseudo-relief palm leaf, below 2)a pseudo-relief inscription. In the corners of the panel four pedestals connected by a double metal bar.

2) Ś.P. WANDA / z FILIMONOWICZÓW / MOROZOWSKA / ZM. 13/I 1931 R. W WIEKU LAT 41 .//.
