Tombstone marked by a stele originally surmounted by a cross. Cross not preserved. Stele with ground front and with chamfered sides and back closed in semicircle. Engraved cross on the front, engraved inscription below (typeface). The gravestone framed by a fence consisting of a band and cylindrical pedestals.

Ś. + P. / WŁADYSŁAW / SAULEWICZ / ZM. 25 MAJA 1910 R. / W WIEKU LAT 29 / POKÓJ DUSZY JEGO / KOCHANEMU MĘŻOWI //.
