Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth and foundation. Cross not preserved. The plinth tapers towards the top. Engraved inscription on the front. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of cylindrical plinths connected by a cast iron bar. The fence is common to gravestones Nos. 74, 75, 76, 77 and 78.

Ś. + P. / WŁADYSŁA / SZCZEGLIK / ZM. 3 LUT / 1924 R. WIE / 2 MIESIĘCY / POKÓJ JEGO DUSZY //.
