Burial place marked by a band, at the head of which is a stele on a plinth. Stele with chamfered upper corners and cross inscribed on the front, widening to 1/3 height. The fields between the arms of the cross are decorated with engraved floral motifs. On the cross, an engraved cross to the front. Below, an engraved inscription, above which is an oval empty space left by a photograph. The pedestal stylised as a pile of stones.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
