Burial site originally marked by a cross on a rock form pedestal. Cross not preserved. On the pedestal at the front a plaque in the form of a scroll with an engraved inscription. On the sides of the plinth traces of inscription plaques. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of a band, cylindrical plinths and a cast iron chain.

Ś. P. / ZYGMUNT MIKOSZA / UCZEŃ 8- MEJ KLASSY / + 23 GRUD. 1897 R. / WIEKU LAT 17 / - / Znać już stał się miłym Bogu / Kiedy go teraz zawezwał / Dziej się wola Boża! / I Ty drogi nasz Zygmusiu / spoczywaj w Bogu. //.
