Burial place marked by gravestone on base. In the upper part an engraved cross. Below the engraved inscription (1). Beneath the inscription a bas-relief depiction of an eagle with outspread wings, head facing right and with a sabre in its right limb.

Inscription:

1. Cześć Prochom / TEODORA WIEKOSZEWSKIEGO / zmarłego 22 7 - 1899 † żyjąc lat 77 / walczył za wolność 1848 r. w ira- / kowie. Puźniej zaangażowany do / wojska tureckiego wraz z 17 kole / gami przybył do Kon- lecz niechcąc / przyjąć warunku zmiany religij o / siadł na Kolonji Polskiej Adampol / w Anatolji. Tam się ożenił z Polką / umierając zostawił rodzine w / smutku pogrążoną. //.
