Plaque commemorating unknown soldiers, set almost vertically from the front of the monument in the form of a stone mound. In the upper part of the slab: on the left an engraved Virtuti Militari cross, next to a sword, below on the right a date (1). In the lower part an inscription (2). The plate decorated on the sides with glazing and grooves. A cast-iron rod is visible, probably used for hanging candles or wreaths.
