Immaculata statue on pillar and base. Figure on its own base. Mary depicted with a strong contrapposto and her head tilted firmly back. Dressed in a heavily creased robe tightly concealing her figure, she stands barefoot on an earth globe entwined by a serpent and a crescent moon. The pillar on its own plinth with moulded top edges. On the plinth and shaft of the pillar on four sides panels with chamfered quarter circular corners. Pillar with a schematic moulded capitol.

The monument is an example of the Classicist style with a statue made in the manner of Lvov Rococo, which was characteristic of the region in the early 19th century. Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
