Biography:

Sebastian Majewski - Polish painter. At the beginning of the 17th century, Sebastian Majewski travelled to Italy and settled permanently in Teramo. He worked mainly in the Abruzzo region, where his paintings and frescoes are still preserved today. A noteworthy commission is that at the Cathedral of S.Maria Assunta in Terano, where Majewski produced six paintings for a magnificent wooden altarpiece.
