Biography:

Tadeusz Barącz of the Odrowąż coat of arms (18491905), Polish sculptor and medallist. He studied in Kraków, under Władysław Łuszczkiewicz, then in Munich and Florence. He was mainly associated with Lviv, where he created many sculptures and decorations for public buildings, including on the façade of the building of the Third Grammar School of Franciszek Josef in Lviv (now Lviv Polytechnic).
