In the cemetery, next to the quarters of the Home Army soldiers, there is the grave of Edward Sokołowski, who died tragically in 1943. There is no further information about this person, probably a victim of the German occupants. The inscription on the metal plaque on the cross reads: 'Edward / Sokołowski / died / tragically / in 1943'. The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage is working to establish the circumstances of this person's death.
