Graves of Poles from World War II in Hüls Cemetery

In plot 6 of the Hüls cemetery in Krefled there is a row of 10 graves of female workers and forced labourers - victims of the Second World War. Seven of those buried are Poles who died between 1942 and 1944.

In 2020-2021, the Polish-German Reconciliation Foundation, as part of a task subsidised by the Ministerial Programme "Sites of National Remembrance Abroad", compiled data on the buried persons and made it available, together with a description of the cemetery, on the website of the project "Polish memorials and war graves in Germany":
