Jadwiga Andegawenska, also Queen Jadwiga (1373/1374-1399), queen of Poland, wife of Władysław Jagiełło. Crowned in 1384, she was the only Polish monarch to be canonised by the Catholic Church. Considered by some Catholics to be the patron saint of Poland
