Miejsce pochówku oznaczone pierwotnie krzyżem na dwustopniowym cokole i dwustopniowej podstawie. Krzyż niezachowany. Drugi stopień cokołu nakryty płytą z profilowanymi, górnymi krawędziami. Od frontu inskrypcja ryta. Drugi stopień podstawy - boki groszkowane. Całość ujęta ogrodzeniem w formie arkadek.
