Biography:

Andrzej Pityński (1947-2020), born Mount Holly, Polish sculptor living in the United States, graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. his teachers were Prof. Marian Konieczny and Prof. Jerzy Bandura. In 1974 he left for the United States of America. Selected realisations: Katyn Monument in Jersey City, Monument to the victims of the Volhynian massacre in Toruń, Monument to the Ex-Combatant Soldiers in Jasło.
