Cemetery in Skala nad Zbruczem
Cross on plinth set secondary to the Fabryciusz tombstone. The cross is straight, the plinth tapers upwards. Currently on the south-west side of the cross. Currently, on the south-west side (opposite to that of the surrounding graves), an engraved inscription in a shallow arch.

Inscription:

JAN / KLAPUSZCZAK / ŻYŁ [...]4 LAT + 190[...] / MARIA / KLAPUSZCZAK / ŻYŁA 53 LAT + 30 1910 / PROSZĄ O MODLITWĘ //.
