Burial place marked by a shrine on a plinth. The shrine is closed with a solid arch. On the front a deep niche with a preserved metal pin, below a rectangular plaque protruding in front of the face, on which an oval medallion, probably after a photograph, below an engraved inscription. The base widening downwards. In front of the gravestone, a jardiniere decorated with fluting. The whole is framed by a band.

Tu odpoczywa / Otton i Marie / Szeliga / (z lewej) 22.8.1925. / + 18.5.1932. / (z prawej) 6.2.1927. / + 17.5.1932. / (pośrodku) Spijcie słodko / Drogie Dzieci / ukochane opłakane / niezapomniane //.
