Burial site marked by cross on two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on its own plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ Crucified, resting with his feet on a skull with tibias, above which a titulus. The second step of the base glazed. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved frame with quarter circular chamfered corners, within which is an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal high, covered with wider moulded panels. On all sides engraved with a wide frame, with moulded edges, in which in the upper part are bas-relief doubled volutes.

T. S. / Spoczywa Marya / Garbowicz żyła 75/ [..] umarła 1870. roku //.
