Monument to the Polish Knights in Mohács, Hungary

A note announces the planned erection of a monument in Mohacz, Hungary, commemorating the Polish knights who fought in the Battle of Mohacz. The overall design and the sculpture of the eagle on the pedestal of the monument were made by Hungarian artists. The unveiling was scheduled for 29 August 1929. The monument still stands today in one of the city squares in Mohács.
