Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and stone block base. Cross not preserved, metal post retained. The second step of the pedestal with a rectangular uplift, wider in the lower part, framed on the sides with a pyramid. In front a panel closed with a trillium, in it an engraved cross, below an engraved inscription. The first step of the plinth with chamfered edges. On the front at the top, on the right a signature.

Inscription:

[…]LERY[…] / […]RZ[…] / […][21 X] 1940 / (poniżej) Spij słodko / ukochane dziecię! //.

1940-1943
