Tombstone of the Capuchin Fathers

İstanbul | Туреччина

Burial place marked by a broad slab on a base, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth. Straight cross with gloria, at the intersection of the arms on the front and back an engraved inscription (1) (2). The base is moulded to form a plinth. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front, an engraved inscription (3). On the slab is a smaller slab on the base with an engraved inscription (4). The slab does not cover the whole of the base, with an opening at the base with earth and vegetation. On the smaller slab, leaning against the first step of the pedestal, a plaque with a ritual inscription (5) and a coat of arms shield.
