Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth, preceded by a banded coffin lid. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper side edges, the second step closed gabled, with a surviving mounting post. On the front, an isolated plaque with an engraved inscription.

In Waclaw Wejtka's card file, under the letter P, card number 100, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "E, 3rd row, N10, from the boundary of E1 towards catacombs C". Next to the description of the gravestone is the annotation: 'in the fence with N8 and 9 (Komarov)'.
