The release of the database of war cemeteries abroad is one of the key elements of the strategy of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage to preserve the memory of soldiers and civilians who were killed, murdered, or died as a result of wars or their aftermath. The publication of this database will contribute to the dissemination of knowledge about Polish memorial sites beyond the borders of the Republic of Poland. This initiative complements the Ministry's ongoing efforts to maintain these sites in proper technical condition.
