In the Polish cemetery in Sidorów there is a tombstone of Tekla née Paygert Kuczyńska. It is made of stone, probably sandstone. The tombstone has the form of a vertical cuboid. At the front, a bas-relief depicting the profile of a woman is placed in a niche.

Above the bas-relief there is an inscription:

. TEKLA z PAYGERTÓW / KUCZYNSKA / URODZONA w SIEDOROWIE 9 CZERWCA 1858 / URNĘŁA w PNU w KRAKOWIE 9 WRZEŚNIA 1882 / PROSTO ANIOŁ PAŃSKI //.

On the lower part of the tombstone there is an additional text:

. EVERYTHING THOU HAST GIVEN US THAT THOU COULDST GIVE, LORD / THOU HAST CLOTHED AN ANGEL IN AN EARTHLY BODY / WHY HIS DWELLING WAS SO SHORT / A GREAT GIFT OF GOD - AND SO LITTLE GRACE //.
