Burial place marked by cross on stele, plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in a carving of a flattened arch, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a medallion with the inscription: INRI. The face of the cross is glazed. A piled stele, with a medallion in the upper part, in which the relief of Christ's head in a crown of thorns on a glazed background. The stele is flanked by herringbone decorated pilasters with capitals. Between the pilasters a panel with a ritual inscription.

TU SPOCZYWA / PAWLINA Z SOZAŃSKICH / TROJANOWA / 27/3. 1903. †.2/1 1933 / Z CÓRKĄ MARYSIĄ / […] / P[…] //.
