The earthen grave in a band of concrete is a combination of the conventions of the cross on the rocks with the figure of Mary. The cross is stylised as a tree trunk. Below it the figure of Mary positioned sideways, in slight counterpoint. She is dressed in a long draped gown, which she holds up with her left hand. On her head is a veil falling down her back, her hair sticking out from underneath. Her face is drawn with a straight nose. With gaze directed downwards. Bare feet stick out from under the dress. The silhouette indicates that originally Mary was holding something in both hands, now broken at wrist level. Traces of polychrome are visible. Plinth of stylised boulders with inscription plaque to the front. The composition and level of workmanship, indicates that the tombstone must have been commissioned and made in a larger urban centre and brought to Mielnica.

GROBOWIEC MALAREWICZÓW / Tu spoczywa / Najdroższy i nieodzałowany syn / Jgnacy / * 26.VI.1901. + 11.XII.1925. / Wszystko co dro[gi]e nam było / W tym grobie się mieści. / śmierć sroga nam zabrała. / Nie wzięła boleści. / ~~Prosi o westchnienie do Boga //.
