Burial place marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on moulded plinth with engraved palmettoes. The cross on the front surrounded by a groove. At the intersection of the arms traces of the attachment of the figure of Christ. The first step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges, the second step tapers with a step, on the front the frame is carved in the corners accentuated with a lily motif. On the front and on the sides of the pedestal, engraved inscriptions (1), (2), (3). The quatrefoil framed by an L-shaped band, with a cast-iron fence in the form of bars framed by sigmoidal bars, channel bars and the carving of an arch into a donkey's back, with an entrance at the rear. Common plot for gravestones nos. 52-60.

1) S. P. / Wincenty / um. 1856 r / Julia / um. 1860 r. / HURCZYNOWIE / Proszą / o westchnienie / do Boga. //.
2) Dzieci / Najlepszym / rodzicom / tę pamiątkę / poświęcają. //. 3) Błogosławieni / umarli / którzy w Panu / umierają. / Odtąd już mówi / Duch, aby / odpoczęli od prac / swoich, albowiem / uczynki ich / za nimi idą. / Objaw. S. Jana R XII w. 13 //.
